I live in Huntersville NC with my husband of 24 years and my 83 year old mom. I am
also a proud mom of a future eye doctor in St. Louis. When I am not coaching, I love to
read, listen to a variety of music, and advocate for food sustainability.
In addition to being a Certified Master Coach and a member of the International
Coaching Federation, I leverage my deep business experience in the hospitality industry to serve others. I have taken great joy in supporting other leaders, project managers, vice-presidents, and district managers. I have participated in and supported their professional development and growth through mentorship and consulting for not only those who have reported to me, but also my peers and other teams.
After reaping life changing benefits from partnering with a coach myself, I am
